美国驻德大使：特朗普有意回德国“寻根”

德国媒体报道，美国驻德国大使理查德·格雷内尔说，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普有意回德国祖居地“寻根”。

德国《世界报》网站21日报道，在前一天柏林一场活动中，被问及特朗普是否打算访问德国，格雷内尔回答：“我不知道什么时候（访问）；但他（特朗普）告诉我，想来看看祖居地。”

特朗普的祖父1869年在德国莱茵兰-普法尔茨州的小镇卡尔施塔特出生，后来移民美国。卡尔施塔特现有大约1200名居民，是德国普法尔茨地区最著名的葡萄酒产地之一。

特朗普从来没有回过祖居地。他2017年1月就任美国总统，同年7月到德国城市汉堡参加二十国集团峰会。

迄今，特朗普没有对德国作过国事访问；相反，特朗普就任以来，德国总理安格拉·默克尔已经两次访美。（毛竞）【新华社微特稿】
