外媒将亚马逊创始人评为“现代史上最富有的人”

根据彭博亿万富翁指数(Bloomberg Billionaires Index)公布的数据，亚马逊创始人兼首席执行官(CEO)杰夫·贝佐斯净资产周一(16日)达到了1500亿美元。对此，彭博社16日将杰夫·贝佐斯评为了“现代史上最富有的人”。

据彭博社报道，贝佐斯的净资产为1510亿美元，比第二名微软公司联合创始比尔·盖茨多了约557亿美元，盖茨的净资产为953亿美元。

报道称，贝佐斯刷新了微软联合创始人比尔·盖茨在1999年互联网泡沫破灭前创下的1000亿美元的纪录，这些财富相当于现在的1490亿美元。彭博社表示，这使得亚马逊CEO比地球上任何一个人都富有，他至少是1982年《福布斯》杂志颁布亿万富豪榜以来最富有的人。

据此前《经济日报》报道，53岁的贝索斯出生于新墨西哥州，普林斯顿大学毕业，1994年放弃对冲基金的工作，创办网上书店。1997年上市至今20年，贝索斯领导的亚马逊不断刷新公众对它的认识，涉及领域从电子商务扩展到电子阅读、云计算、创新设备、人工智能、实体书店和食品超市。
