冰岛举行洗冰水澡锦标赛 冠军在冰水中坚持42分钟

据阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯经济新闻网6月6日报道，这项比赛的目的是宣传洗冰水澡对健康带来的好处，譬如可以缓解疼痛或关节炎症状等。组织者贝内迪克特·拉弗勒甚至还就洗冰水澡撰写过硕士论文。拉弗勒总是说：“人体对寒冷的抵抗能力远比想象中更强大，寒冷会带来一些好处。”

无论如何，参与者必须年满18岁且拥有合格的医学证明才能参加比赛。参赛者浸没在零摄氏度的冰水池中，在池中坚持时间最长的人将赢得比赛。

报道称，2017年，维尔希奥米尔·安德里·埃纳尔松以在冰水中坚持20分钟的成绩赢得比赛。

今年，莱亚·玛丽·加尔加娜以两倍于之前纪录的成绩震惊众人，她在冰水中坚持了42分钟20秒。（编译/廖思维）
