欧盟致信哀求美国被驳回 德媒：混乱中欧洲最受伤

德国《柏林日报》称，伊朗不再相信欧洲能抵抗美国的制裁。美国宣布退出核协议后，欧洲大公司如西门子、空中客车、道达尔等纷纷从伊朗退出。路透社6日称，为反击美国的制裁，欧盟执委会当天将表决一份提案，鼓励欧洲投资银行在伊朗开展业务，但由于欧洲投资银行主要向美国市场筹资，因此该银行内部对欧盟执委会的提案感到不满，认为提案可能危及其达数十亿美元的融资计划。报道称，欧洲投资银行“非常了解美国制裁对自身业务的危害”。

对于欧洲公开呼吁美国不要制裁与伊朗做生意的欧洲公司，美国财政部负责反恐和金融情报的副部长曼德尔克回应称，欧洲盟国强化其金融体系并鼓励本国公司对外投资时应小心，确保不要“资助伊朗在中东的邪恶活动”。曼德尔克警告称，“伊朗将欺骗你们的公司，破坏金融系统的稳定，并让你们的公司和机制面临遭受我们严厉制裁的风险。”【记者 青木 黄培昭 陶短房 陈一】
