考古新发现！史前人类曾追杀2米高巨型树懒

这支研究团队总共分析了100多处脚印。其中，既有那些追逐并直接与巨型树懒搏斗的人类脚印，也有另外一些脚印说明其他人曾经试图干扰巨兽的注意力。在没有人类脚印出现的地方，巨型树懒的足迹呈一条直线；而一有人类脚印出现，巨型树懒的足迹就开始突然改变方向，显示出逃避的迹象。

位于新墨西哥盐滩的这组远古脚印化石，大约发现于十年前。通过全新的三维建模技术，计算机能够渲染出高精度的模拟图像。研究人员相信，这一发现有助于揭开史前人类与其他已灭绝巨兽之间的互动关系。论文还进一步指出，史前人类在气候变迁时的捕猎行为，很有可能导致了巨型树懒在北美地区的灭绝。
