俄土伊开外长会谈叙利亚 协调意见展示团结

不过，一些分析人士指出，三国虽然就叙利亚问题“抱团”，但分歧犹存。本月7日叙利亚首都大马士革以东杜马镇曝出所谓“化武袭击”，美英法对叙发起“惩罚性”军事打击，土耳其与俄罗斯和伊朗唱反调，赞同美英法军事行动，称西方回应“恰当”。

法国总统埃马纽埃尔·马克龙暗示，美英法军事行动给土耳其与俄罗斯日益升温的双边关系浇了“冷水”，使双方产生新的隔阂。

俄罗斯智库“美国和加拿大研究所”研究员亚历山大·舒米林和叙利亚局势观察家阿列克谢·马拉申科赞同这一看法。舒米林告诉法新社记者，杜马事件“给俄土伊三国联盟造成裂痕”，“如果三国联盟破裂，后果可能会很糟糕”。马拉申科说，俄土伊的同盟关系原本不稳固，28日举行的外长会意在协调意见、展示团结。（王宏彬）（新华社专特稿）
