谎称自己癌症晚期骗捐款 澳大利亚女子获刑

澳大利亚墨尔本市一名年轻女子因谎称自己处于癌症晚期、从亲友处骗取捐款，10日由法院判处3个月监禁。

汉娜·迪肯森现年24岁，是房地产经纪人。她2012年向父母谎称自己恐怕只能活几周，需要出国治疗癌症。她的父母随后接受朋友捐款。迪肯森从亲友处总计获得4.2万澳元（约合20.45万元人民币）捐款，用于度假和聚会。

一名向迪肯森捐过钱的人在社交媒体“脸书”上看到迪肯森享乐照片后产生怀疑，向警方报告，得以揭穿骗局。

对所受以欺骗方式获得财产等7项罪名指控，迪肯森向墨尔本地方法院认罪。一名法官10日作裁定时说，迪肯森的行为“卑劣”。

迪肯森的律师说，迪肯森可能就判决中的量刑部分提起上诉。（吴宝澍）【新华社微特稿】
