对中美贸易忽软忽硬，特朗普在演什么戏？

白宫新晋首席经济顾问库德洛曾公开表示，特朗普的谈判风格“非常有趣”。

“他会对付你——就像他会用这些关税把你揍得咬牙切齿。但随后他撤回并开始进行可以凑效的谈判。在我看来，这就是他的交易艺术。”

库德洛还指出，“他出来的时候真的很硬很结实，让所有人害怕，然后他开始撤退。”

正在中国海南举行的博鳌亚洲论坛上，约翰?霍普金斯大学高级国际关系学院东亚项目主任肯特?凯尔德(Kent Calder)指出：“虽然存在贸易战的风险，但是这些税的征收要在5月下半月才发生，在那之前的6周我预计会发生非常密集的谈判。”

但凯尔德指出，特朗普可能还是倾向于冒险 ，“特朗普的房地产企业家背景让其对风险的容忍度非常高，他的新顾问和助手从历史上来看也都是一些有着冒风险名声的人。”
