丰田成首家暂停测试自主驾驶汽车的大型车企

日本丰田汽车工业公司21日说，将暂停在美国道路上测试其名为"Chauffeur"的自主驾驶系统，成为首家暂停测试自主驾驶汽车的大型车企。

丰田发言人布赖恩·莱昂说，优步公司自主驾驶汽车先前发生的致命车祸对丰田的自主驾驶汽车测试可能产生“情绪性影响”。

美国叫车软件企业优步19日证实，优步在亚利桑那州坦佩市测试的一辆自主驾驶汽车18日晚发生车祸，导致一名路人死亡。如果车祸被证实在自主驾驶模式下发生，这将是首例自主驾驶汽车导致的行人死亡事故。

莱昂说，丰田一直在密歇根州和加利福尼亚州的路面测试自主驾驶汽车。

他说，丰田仅在测试少许车辆。他未说明暂停测试将持续多久。（卜晓明）【新华社微特稿】
