《改革开放四十周年》纪念邮票首发

新华社成都12月18日电（记者陈地）《改革开放四十周年》纪念邮票18日在四川广安市正式首发。此次纪念邮票发行一套2枚，分别为《高举旗帜》《伟大实践》，面值1.2元；《筑梦新时代》小型张1枚，面值6元。

据中国邮政集团公司邮政印刷局编辑设计部副主任史渊介绍，《高举旗帜》主要展示改革开放初期的一些场景和事件，寓意改革开放使社会发展日新月异，《伟大实践》主要展现改革开放在我国取得的巨大成就；《筑梦新时代》反映改革开放40年来中国繁荣昌盛，展现我国正朝着“两个一百年”奋斗目标、中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦扬帆远航！

据了解，《改革开放四十周年》纪念邮票以讴歌改革开放40周年为主题，设计时间长达8个月，由中国知名邮票设计专家参与设计，对记录我国改革开放40周年这段历史具有重要意义。

《改革开放四十周年》纪念邮票首发式吸引了众多集邮爱好者。“能在首发式现场购到《改革开放四十周年》纪念邮票，特别具有纪念意义。”今年64岁的绵阳市集邮爱好者刘建明已集邮50多年，他特地提前一日赶到广安，就是为了在首发式现场抢购到这套特别的纪念邮票。
