百姓办事更便捷！电子证照六项国家标准明年实施

新华社北京11月16日电（记者赵文君）国家市场监管总局、国家标准化管理委员会、国家电子文件管理部际联席会议办公室16日在京联合发布关于电子证照的6项国家标准，该系列标准将于2019年1月1日起实施。

此次发布的电子证照系列标准，规定了电子证照应用的总体技术框架、统一的证照分类规则和证照基础信息，有助于推动实现全国“一网通办”，让政务信息资源共享和服务更顺畅，让百姓办事更便捷。

“互联网+政务服务”是深化“放管服”改革的关键环节。电子证照作为具有法律效力和行政效力的专业性、凭证类电子文件，日益成为市场主体和公民活动办事的主要电子凭证，是支撑政府服务运行的重要基础数据。制定发布电子证照国家标准，将为国家电子证照库和基础平台建设，实现跨层级、跨部门、跨区域的电子证照互认共享，推动证照类政务信息资源整合共享等提供标准支撑。

下一步，国家市场监管总局将会同相关部门加强标准的实施推广，加快推动各部门各领域应用标准，为促进经济社会发展发挥好记录和凭证作用。
