新华社北京８月２３日电（记者于佳欣）针对美方８月２３日在３０１调查项下对自中国进口的１６０亿美元产品加征２５％关税，商务部新闻发言人２３日发表谈话指出，美方一意孤行，加征关税的行为明显涉嫌违反世贸组织规则。对此，中方坚决反对，并不得不继续作出必要回击。同时，为捍卫自由贸易和多边体制，捍卫自身合法权益，中方将在世贸组织争端解决机制项下就此征税措施提起诉讼。
