医保窗口太低，老人跪地签字；工作区独享凉意，群众等候区高温难耐……本该便民服务，却对群众不便视而不见，对群众“跪地”安之若素。说穿了，还是官僚主义意识在作祟。改变作风、改进服务不是喊口号，而要摆正关系、摆正心态。当真正把群众放在心中至高位置，该怎么服务群众，还不清楚吗？
