曾任克林顿政府总统高级经济顾问的劳拉·泰森认为，美国高科技行业能否抵挡住其他国家的挑战，并不取决于能否遏制其他国家的进步，而是取决于能否保持自身的创新能力。

从不断升级的对外关税胁迫政策，到最新的对外来投资限制倾向，美国都宣称是为维护“国家安全”。但美国企业研究所专家德里克·西瑟斯认为，美国政府这是在说，“如果把一切问题都说成国家安全，那么想干什么就可以干什么”。

美国发展遇到问题，不从自身找原因，却把外面的世界看成魔鬼，急于关门、建墙、拆桥，是对国际经贸规则的破坏，更是对世界经济体系的冲击。

“特朗普正在玩一场非常危险的游戏。如果他不小心，就可能引发下一次全球经济衰退。”英国《每日电讯报》已经发出了这样的警告！
