通江县将在三年内筹资2.5亿元，拟在全县分片区修建垃圾热裂解处理场28座，垃圾收集点1230个，垃圾池3272个，垃圾转运站66座。预计到2020年末，通江县城乡生活垃圾基本实现规范处置。

　　替民告官，四川省首例行政公益诉讼案公开宣判。

4月13日，四川省人民检察院发布消息称，近日，通江县人民法院杨柏法庭责令通江县至诚镇人民政府按照国家垃圾处理规范和标准对违法倾倒的垃圾进行处置，对污染破坏的生态环境进行治理和修复。至诚镇政府表示，认真执行判决，在等待县上统一修建垃圾无害化处理工程竣工前，对全镇现有的垃圾实行统一回收，运往县城垃圾处理场进行集中处理，确保全镇垃圾达到无害化处理要求。
