美国16个州联合起诉特朗普用“紧急状态”建墙

【环球网报道 记者 赵衍龙】英国BBC刚刚消息，以加州为首的由16个州组成的联盟对特朗普(Donald Trump)政府发起诉讼，缘由是特朗普决定宣布紧急状态寻求建墙资金。

报道称，这起诉讼是在加州北区法院提起的，诉讼认为，诉讼认为，总统没有权力为在墨西哥边境修建一堵墙挪用资金，因为控制支出的是国会。

BBC称，加州总检察长泽维尔·贝塞拉表示，他们要把特朗普总统告上法庭“阻止他滥用总统权力”:“我们起诉特朗普总统，阻止他单方面挪用国会为各州人民合法划拨的纳税人资金。对我们大多数人来说，总统办公室不是演戏的地方。“

就在几天前，特朗普动用紧急权力绕过国会，宣布美国进入紧急状态，为边境墙项目争取资金。

民主党人将其形容为“严重滥用权力”，并誓言要“利用一切可用的补救措施”来反对这一做法。
