巴西北部一监狱囚犯凌晨放火制造暴动 致7人死亡

新华社巴西利亚9月18日电 巴西北部帕拉州一监狱１８日发生暴动，导致７人死亡。

帕拉州监狱管理部门通报说，事发监狱位于该州城市阿尔塔米拉，暴动发生于当天凌晨时分。在押人员对监狱管理条件和所受判决感到不满。囚犯在监狱中点火，部分牢房设施被损毁。有１６人试图越狱，但未成功。

该州监狱管理部门说，暴动于当天上午被控制，共造成７名囚犯死亡、３人受伤。共有１２０名囚犯参与了暴动。目前，监狱已协同来自首府贝伦的武装警察加强了对监狱的安全管理。

据了解，该监狱实际容纳量为２０８人，目前关押３７４名犯人。（记者张启畅周星竹）
