危地马拉火山喷发已致109人死亡 搜寻工作暂停

海外网6月8日电 据危地马拉灾难和法医机构7日表示，该国因火山喷发而导致的死亡人数已增至109人，据信仍有近200人下落不明。

据美联社报道，就在7日，考虑到天气等因素，救援人员暂停了在受毁村庄中的搜寻和恢复工作。

危地马拉国家灾难机构方面表示，气候条件和依旧滚烫的火山喷发物质对救援人员十分危险，此外，当下距离3日的火山喷发也已过去了72小时。“昨天（6日）下了很大的雨。土壤情况并不稳定，”危地马拉国家警察局发言人卡斯蒂略说。

危地马拉首都危地马拉城附近的富埃戈火山3日喷发，这也被认为是40多年来最猛烈的一次喷发。据了解，在部分灾区，火山灰堆积的高度直逼屋顶，有房屋甚至完全被埋。位于首都危地马拉城的国际机场受火山灰影响一度关闭，至4日中午才重开。（海外网张霓）
