马朝互相免签 导致刺客方便下手杀害金正男

2月28日，朝鲜代表在日内瓦的一个会议上作回应发言，否认有关朝鲜与朝男子在马来西亚死亡事件有关联的指控。

马检方3月1日正式以谋杀罪起诉涉嫌在吉隆坡国际机场杀害朝鲜男子的两名女子。一旦罪名成立，这两名分别来自印度尼西亚和越南的嫌疑人将面临死刑判决。

而针对在该案中，被抓捕的一名男性朝鲜籍嫌犯会否被驱逐的问题，马来西亚副总理扎希德3月2日说，马方总检察长将会在接下来数小时内就是否释放或遣返该名男子做出决定，或在移民局法令下继续扣留他。
