（多玩网9月20日上午消息） Rockstar Games公布了《荒野大镖客2 》的官方在线多人游戏模式《Red Dead Online》。它将于11月份推出，所有拥有《荒野大镖客2》游戏的玩家都可以免费游玩，官方还计划了公开测试版。
《Red Dead Online》是初代《荒野大镖客》经典多人游戏体验所改进的，将以有趣的新形式将叙事与竞争以及合作游戏融为一体。使用即将到来的《荒野大镖客2》的游戏玩法作为基础，《Red Dead Online》将随时可以单独或者与朋友一起探索，并且游戏还将不断的更新与调整，以完善所有玩家的体验。
《Red Dead Online》计划于2018年11月份推出，最初是一个公开测试版，很快就会公布更多消息。与大多数大规模的多人在线游戏体验一样，在最初发布时会不可避免的出现一些问题。官方鼓励玩家在官方社区论坛提出意见与想法，一起解决游戏中的问题，并将《Red Dead Online》发展成为一个乐趣十足的多人游戏。
所有在PS4或者Xbox One平台上拥有《荒野大镖客2》的玩家都可以免费游玩《Red Dead Online》。
《荒野大镖客2》将于10月26日在PS4以及Xbox One平台上发售。
