电影《印度合伙人》讲述的是一个宠妻狂魔拉克希米，难以忍受妻子葛雅特莉用脏布来度过自己的生理期，决心自己制造出低成本的护垫并成为国家英雄的故事。片方今日曝光的中文推广曲《Sayaani》片中呈现了印度小女孩成年后，家庭为她举办的成年礼场景，以具有印度当地文化特色的鼓点配合着长辈唱歌跳舞，期许小宝贝成年并健康成长的愿望。

拉克希米用了4年时间亲自在600多个村镇做低价卫生巾生产机器的推广，并帮助当地女性建立工厂，让更多的女性明白自信、独立才可以受到尊重。科学、健康、现代化的生活必须打破陈腐的旧观念，与世界为敌才可以拯救世界！这首歌曲的旋律和歌词都是由电影内容应运而生，颇有乐观色彩的歌曲，传递女性独特的魅力。

电影《印度合伙人》由印度法尼邦斯夫人电影公司出品，中国电影集团公司进口，长影集团译制片制作有限责任公司译制，华夏电影发行有限责任公司发行。
