昨天上午，黑龙江省尚志市突降暴雨，局部实时降雨量最高达到近180毫米，属于特大暴雨，根据黑龙江省森工总局统计，当地苇河林业局七个林场一个林木种子园受灾，其中三个林场停电、通讯中断、道路受阻，哈尔滨市政府发布的信息，由于尚志市珍珠山乡部分地区通讯中断，有近3000名群众一度与外界失去联系，但截止20日上午十点，通信正在逐步恢复，已有450名群众安全转移，目前尚无人员伤亡报告，今天至明天，尚志市当地仍有雷阵雨天气，局地有暴雨
