（原标题：盘点|两月14只大老虎被公诉，均涉受贿罪）

近日，河南省安阳市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了全国人大环境与资源保护委员会原副主任委员白恩培受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案。因涉案金额高达2.5亿元，该案备受各界关注。随着越来越多贪腐案件进入司法程序，“打虎”审判季大幕拉开。

观海解局记者梳理发现，自今年全国两会结束至6月20日，共有14名省部级及以上落马官员被公诉。这些大老虎均被控受贿罪，其中级别最高的是中国人民政治协商会议第十二届全国委员会原副主席、中共中央统战部原部长令计划，为副国级。而14名老虎的平均年龄为61岁。

14名大老虎均被控受贿

根据最高人民检察院官方微博及公开报道，观海解局记者梳理发现，14名被公诉的大老虎均被控涉嫌受贿罪，其中两人还被控涉嫌滥用职权罪，一人被控巨额财产来源不明罪。

这14人中，级别最高的为中国人民政治协商会议第十二届全国委员会原副主席、中共中央统战部原部长令计划。5月13日，记者从最高人民检察院获悉，令计划涉嫌受贿、非法获取国家秘密、滥用职权一案，由最高人民检察院侦查终结，经依法指定管辖，移送天津市人民检察院第一分院审查起诉。近日，天津市人民检察院第一分院依法向天津市第一中级人民法院提起公诉。

起诉书指控：被告人令计划利用其担任中共中央办公厅副主任、主任、中央书记处书记、中央统战部部长、全国政协副主席等职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，索取、非法收受他人巨额财物；非法获取国家秘密，情节严重；滥用职权，致使公共财产、国家和人民利益遭受重大损失，情节特别严重。对令计划，依法应当以受贿罪、非法获取国家秘密罪、滥用职权罪追究刑事责任。
