5月31日，据北京市政务服务中心消息，该服务大厅运行一年半以来，39个审批部门170个服务窗口集中“板块作业”，日均办结3663件审批服务事项，“一站式”审批流程明显提速。1188个审批服务事项具备网上预约功能，654个事项具备“触网”申报审批功能，有的事项已实现“全球通办”。近年来北京市大力推行“放管服”改革，作为此项改革举措落地的承载实体平台，北京市政务服务中心大厅投入运行一年半以来，累计受理136.6万件各类审批服务事项，日均办结3663件，办结率达97.6%（文字来源：北京日报图片来源：tuku.qianlong.com）。千龙网记者王结石摄
