超20城接入异地转移接续平台住房公积金“全国漫游”倒计时

本报讯 日前，住建部明确：自今年7月1日起，全国所有地方的住房公积金管理中心将按照《全国住房公积金异地转移接续业务操作规程》的要求，通过平台办理住房公积金异地转移接续业务。

易居研究院智库研究中心总监严跃进在接受《证券日报》记者采访时表示，对于住房公积金异地转移平台的建设，主要可以从便民和公积金购房两个角度来看。从便民角度说，现在都强调“最多跑一趟”的办事流程，所以也是为了让公积金缴纳者在异地办理方面不用话费太多劳务成本以及繁冗的手续；从公积金购房角度说，主要是为了防范各类断档现象的发生。

据不完全统计，目前已有包括北京、上海、广州、深圳等20余个城市已接入全国住房公积金异地转移接续平台。（杜雨萌）
