财政部27日消息：2017年7月1日起至2020年12月31日，暂免征收银行业监管费和保险业监管费，以进一步减轻企业负担，促进实体经济发展。
免征上述行政事业性收费后，银监会和保监会依法履行管理职能所需相关经费，仍由中央预算安排资金予以保障。
银监会和保监会应当于2017年8月31日前，完成以前年度银行业监管费和保险业监管费的汇算清缴工作。两项行政事业性收费的清欠收入，应当足额征收，并按照财政部规定的渠道全额上缴中央国库。(央视记者 温晓)
