越南VTC副台长:传统媒体和新媒体不是取代关系

国际在线消息（记者罗继成）：中国海南博鳌亚洲论坛大酒店9日举行了“发现亚洲之美”和媒体领袖圆桌会议等一系列活动。越南国家数字电视台VTC副台长阮文平在媒体领袖圆桌会议发言中有关传统媒体与新媒体发展的内容吸引了大批媒体关注。

阮文平在发言中指出，随着移动网络技术在越南迅猛发展，越南民众也逐渐转向通过移动终端浏览资讯。不久的将来，在越南通过移动终端收看电视节目也将日益成为常态化。但新媒体的出现不会给电视行业带来太多担忧，电视等传统媒体可以利用新媒体优势，让资讯传播更为快捷。

会议结束后，在回答记者有关传统媒体与新媒体的发展趋势时，阮文平表示：“我认为无论是传统媒体还是新媒体，都是社会科技发展的自然产物，不能简单理解它们之间为竞争或取代关系，媒体产生和发展是社会发展的必然，不存在人为设置，也不是斗争造成的矛盾。当然，新媒体具有许多优势，能满足人们迅速获取资讯的便捷需求，而随着全球化进程的发展，一定还会出现其他新媒体类型。所以，媒体的发展是社会运动和发展的自然现象，在这过程中，媒体本身具有的优势将得到发展，而劣势将会被剔除或消失。”
