中新网3月17日电：据法新社报道，克里米亚议会议长17日宣布，“解散”该地区境内的乌克兰军事基地。
当天稍早之前，克里米亚宣布从乌克兰“独立”，并申请加入俄罗斯联邦，将克里米亚议会更名为“国家议会”，将克里米亚半岛所有乌克兰国家财产“收归国有”，并将从月底开始采用莫斯科时间。
为了回应克里米亚单方面宣称“独立”，乌克兰临时政府总统17日表示，克里米亚入俄公投为“闹剧”，随后，乌克兰议会通过了局部动员乌克兰军队的决议。
克里米亚稍早时通过全民公投，决定是否加入俄罗斯联邦。克里米亚公投委员会委员长马里谢夫(Mikhail Malyshev)宣布，对公投100%选票的统计显示，96.77%的选民支持加入俄罗斯联邦。
