周世勤，女，1951年12月出生，沈阳铁路局大连铁路房产生活段财务室原主任，涉嫌贪污罪，2007年10月逃往澳大利亚，国际刑警组织红色通缉令号码A-1422/6-2008。
闫永明别名刘阳，原为通化金马药业集团有限公司董事长，因涉嫌职务侵占犯罪，被吉林省通化市公安局立案，于2001年11月逃亡新西兰，2005年8月22日由国际刑警组织发布红色通缉令。

新西兰警方日前证实，高等法院批准警方与中国“百名红通人员”闫永明就一起洗钱调查达成和解，闫永明须向警方上缴4285万新西兰元(约合人民币2.08亿元)的财产。新西兰警方官员称，这是该国历来金额最高的一次财产充公，也是中新合作侦办长达两年多的成果。
