4月23日，贵州省公安厅“12.29”特大电信诈骗案新闻发布会在贵阳举行，公布了一起成功侦破的特大电信诈骗案，该案被公安部列为督办案件，其涉案金额高达1.17个亿，这是国内目前单笔金额最大的一起电信诈骗案。警方已抓获各类犯罪嫌疑人62名，其中台湾地区犯罪嫌疑人10名，冻结涉案资金上亿元，并通过深挖成功打掉其它诈骗团伙1个，破获涉及中国26个省份的诈骗案件184起。
