快播传播淫秽物品牟利案庭审 CEO王欣不认罪(组图)
公诉机关认为，上述被告单位及四名被告人的行为构成传播淫秽物品牟利罪。
2016年1月7日上午，北京海淀法院公开开庭审理被告单位深圳市快播科技有限公司及被告人王欣、吴铭、张克东、牛文举传播淫秽物品牟利一案。北京警方鉴定指出，快播公司共有21251个文件属于淫秽视频。王欣等人为牟利，放任淫秽视频传播。
王欣称个别用户会点击淫秽视频，快播无法辨别用户是在线播放还是本地播放，称自己也觉得很奇怪为什么会有这么多淫秽色情文件。
