当地时间2017年7月15日，法国巴黎，全球首只零排放绿色能源船“能源观察者”号（Energy Observer）在塞纳河上行驶。
“能源观察者”号使用太阳能、风能和氢能作为混合动力。航行中，它主要依靠太阳能驱动电动马达，在太阳能和风能不充足的时候，它则将海水中的水分子分解成氢燃料，实现温室气体零排放的目标。
