当地时间10月5日，美国纽约，纽约公共图书馆的玫瑰阅读室重新开放，两年前由于阅览室内的一块天花板掉落，该阅览室宣布禁止民众入内。据报道，为了确保没有类似事件再次发生，纽约市耗费1200万美金来对其进行整修。
据悉，除了对玫瑰阅览室进行翻修，图书馆还增添了书籍火车，以此来取代之前旧的传送带，并简化送书过程。图为该重新开放的阅读室。
