据鼓楼法院消息，河南省开封市鼓楼区人民法院在审理一起民间借贷纠纷案时，因办案需要，远赴向河南省人民医院调查取证相关病历，遭到医院以各种理由无故推脱、拖延，几番受阻长达七个小时。针对此种刁难行为，该法院依据《民事诉讼法》的相关规定，认为医院的行为严重阻碍民事诉讼的顺利进行，对其罚款10万元，并限期缴纳。404 Not Found
