据南方日报道，占地数百亩违建的私人会所，藏身于国家5A级风景区之中。近日，记者在罗浮山风景名胜区暗访发现，罗浮山风景区酥醪村内，一个外观气派的私人会馆在山林之间已初具规模。2016年8月8日，记者在现场看到，开阔的会所内，有数栋面积达数百平方米的徽式建筑，其间还布有池塘、景观瀑布、游泳池、网球场和篮球场，整体外观极为气派。图为航拍该会所。
会所主体建筑已基本建成，部分建筑内部仍在装修。在会所内一处道路旁，竖有“工地施工，严禁由此登山”的指示牌，有施工工人正在忙碌。据当地村民介绍，会所原址曾是一家农庄，为前来罗浮山的登山者提供食宿服务。
