这名难民称，他等待临时登记证件发放已经等了三周。经过警方一个小时的劝说，这名难民从阳台上下来并与警方一同离去。
据目击者称，当时现场聚集有几百人。一些难民高喊，“我们要正义！”
据悉，17日，德国内政部下属的联邦移民和难民事务局（BAMF）的负责人曼弗雷德·施密特出于“个人原因”提出辞职请求，内政部长德迈齐埃已批准了他的辞呈。上周，施密特曾因处理庇护申请不及时遭到批评。
