【环球网报道记者王欢】日本参院和平安全法制特别委员会9月17日表决通过安保相关法案时现场陷入一片混乱。委员长鸿池祥肇之后在国会对媒体表示，决定使法案付诸表决是妥当的。
据日本共同社9月17日报道，鸿池祥肇称：“原本不想以那种形式表决法案，但是觉得审议已经基本到位，就做出了是时候由参院得出结论的判断。”
日本民主党等指责法案被“强行表决”。鸿池反驳道：“如果只有自民党和公明党表决，那是强行表决，但有3个在野党也赞成了。这不是强行表决。”
16日夜间，众多反对表决安保法案的在野党议员堵在特别委理事会室的门口，鸿池被困室内直到17日凌晨。他表示：“女议员们组成了人墙。我觉得自己不能妄动以致她们受伤，就在室内一直忍耐。”
