国际在线专稿：据朝鲜《劳动新闻》1月21日报道，朝鲜最高领导人金正恩日前视察了朝鲜柳元鞋厂，安正洙、李再佾、金与正等朝鲜劳动党干部陪同视察。报道称，金正恩此次视察的目的是了解柳元鞋厂的生产情况，并为工厂制定发展策略。
据悉，柳元鞋厂建立于1988年，是朝鲜首家注塑运动鞋生产基地。金正恩指出，工厂要想做到生产正常化，并提高产品质量，就必须发动工人的精神力量，加强思想教育工作。
金正恩参观了鞋厂的产品陈列室、注塑车间、缝线车间、制鞋车间等处，了解了鞋厂的生产和经营状况。报道说，陈列室展出了儿童鞋、春秋鞋、凉鞋、冬鞋，以及足球鞋、篮球鞋等多种运动鞋，金正恩对工厂产品的多样化表示满意，并称赞了工人的工作热情。
金正恩指出，工厂要了解人民的喜好和要求，努力生产能够获得人民好评的鞋，生产能够拿到出口市场上参与竞争的代表性产品。他强调，人民不愿意穿的低劣产品生产再多也是没用的，这不单单是经济问题，还是体现朝鲜制度优越性的重要问题。他强调，工厂需在提高产量的同时，以提高产品质量为重点，生产舒服、轻便、质优的鞋子，更要注重鞋子图案的美观。
金正恩还表示，工厂应该提高生产的现代化水准和技术含量，提高国产制鞋原料的使用比重，不断提升产品的质量和科技含量。
