11月27日上午11点10分左右，陕西榆林市航空运动协会所属的一架卡度士自旋翼机，在进行飞行训练时撞到高压线，于横山县塔湾镇陈大梁村境内坠毁，事故造成1名飞行员经抢救无效死亡，1名飞行员受伤，正在医院抢救，未造成地面人员伤亡。
