韩国联合参谋本部27日说，韩国海军当天在韩国西部海域白翎岛附近的“北方界线”韩方一侧扣留了一艘朝鲜渔船。
据韩联社报道，当天17时26分许，韩国海军发现一艘朝鲜渔船越过“北方界线”约1海里。韩国方面立即对其发出警告信号和鸣枪警告，但朝方渔船不予理睬。在劝退未果的情况下，韩国海军将其扣留。朝方渔船上共有3人。韩国军方已通过无线通信通报朝方。
朝韩在朝鲜半岛西部海域的边界划分上一直存在分歧。韩国在包括延坪岛在内的“西海五岛”与朝鲜西部海岸之间单方面设定了名为“北方界线”的海上分界线，但朝鲜对此不予承认。（文字来源：新华网）
