据外媒报道，乌克兰临时总统图尔奇诺夫24日称，他已经下令该国武装部队撤出克里米亚。图尔奇诺夫说，做出这项决定是因为俄罗斯“威胁到了乌克兰在克里米亚的军人及其家人的生命安全”。
本月早些时候，在克里米亚全民公投支持该地区归属俄国后，莫斯科批准克里米亚并入俄罗斯联邦。
报道指出，目前俄罗斯军队已经占领了乌克兰在克里米亚的绝大多数军事基地，包括在费奥多西亚的海军基地。
G7领导人24日在海牙的全球核安全峰会上举行边缘会议，讨论如何对克里米亚危机做出集体回应。乌克兰临时总统图尔奇诺夫说，乌克兰国家安全与防卫委员会在国防部的指示下做出决定，重新部署在克里米亚自治共和国的部队。
图尔奇诺夫还说，在那里的军人家属也和军队一起撤出克里米亚。
就在图尔奇诺夫宣布这一决定前不久，俄军占领了乌克兰在费奥多西亚的海军基地，这是48小时内俄军在克里米亚占领的第三个基地。
乌克兰国防部发言人说，俄军使用装甲车和震撼弹从两个方向对费奥多西亚的海军基地发起进攻。
记者说，费奥多西亚的海军基地是基辅在克里米亚控制的最后几个基地之一，已经被俄军包围了一段时间。
