这是8月29日在美国得克萨斯州休斯敦市拍摄的被淹的居民区。美国得克萨斯州休斯敦市市长西尔维斯特·特纳29日宣布，休斯敦当天开始实施宵禁的时间推后至午夜，结束时间仍为次日5时。当天早些时候，他曾宣布休斯敦从当天22时开始实施宵禁，防止飓风“哈维”过后，有人擅闯已被疏散市民的家中。四级飓风“哈维”是56年来得克萨斯州遭遇的最强风暴，25日晚登陆该州沿海地区后，导致得州南部大片地区变成泽国。
