章莹颖案审判延期 嫌犯可能被判死刑

当地时间8月28日，美国伊利诺伊中部联邦地区法院就章莹颖在美遭绑架案举行了听证会，批准了犯罪嫌疑人克里斯滕森代理律师此前提出的延期案件审理的动议。
检方表明，检方有意提出追加起诉。目前法官已经将本案的正式审判日期定在2018年2月27日， 庭前会议的日期定在2018年2月12日。章莹颖案中方代理律师王志东称，检方意欲根据更多的证据提出追加起诉同样是意料之中。如果有追加起诉，相信检方会寻求死刑。据《法制晚报》
