为了深入贯彻执行“两学一做”学习教育和作风整顿工作精神，市民政局社会事务处本着“以民为本、便民利民”的原则,决定在8月28日——传统的“七夕节”，在我市六个城区开展七夕节预约结婚登记便民服务活动，以满足婚姻当事人特别是年轻情侣喜欢选特殊有纪念意义的日期结婚登记的需求和愿望。

预约登记便民活动的时间

2017年8月21日至8月25日期间

新人应当提供的材料

1、双方新人的身份证；

2、双方新人的户口簿原件，户口簿上的婚姻状况应与本人的实际婚姻状况相符合；

3、三张二寸双方近期半身免冠合影照片。

受理预约登记的机关、址址及联系电话

哈市道里区、道外区、南岗区、香坊区、平房区和松北区等6个城区国内婚姻登记机关均受理七夕节结婚预约登记。婚姻登记机关地址及电话附后。新人们办理预约登记手续应共同到一方常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关申请。
