国内首个民用无人机管理办法出台

无锡市政府在8月16日举行新闻发布会，宣布《无锡市民用无人驾驶航空器管理办法》，已由市人民政府第10次常务会议审议通过，将于9月1日起正式施行。这是全国首个规范民用无人机安全管理的地方政府规章，也是我国无人机这一新业态发展以来的首次立法，规范了民用无人机管理的基本事项、民用无人机的实名登记制度、民用无人机的飞行要求、民用无人机的禁止飞行区域等四个方面。
