新华网南京8月20日电（韦志银魏薇刘传雷）新华网从盐城市海上搜救中心获悉，8月20日凌晨2时，射阳河口东18公里处两渔船发生碰撞，其中一船发生翻扣，9人落水。
事故发生后，连云港、盐城等地海事部门立即启动海上搜救应急预案，海事、渔政、救助局等多部门力量全力展开搜救。截至发稿时，9名落水人员中的5名已成功获救，另有4名人员失踪。目前多名潜水员已赶赴现场，海巡艇、渔政船、商船和渔船等多艘船艇正在现场紧张搜救中。
