山西狠抓开发区改革创新发展 扎实推进“三化三制”

黄河新闻网讯（记者刘亚男）8月3日上午，山西省开发区建设工作领导小组办公室召开了“三化三制”改革工作督查会，明确开发区管理体制改革的内容和实行“三化三制”的途径和方法，推动各开发区从有想法到有办法，从有办法到有做法，将“三化三制”改革工作做实做深做细，按时完成“三化三制”改革任务。 会上，省商务厅厅长、省开发区建设工作领导小组办公室主任孙跃进就我省国家级开发区的有关工作进行了安排部署。省商务厅张跃建巡视员通报了省委、省政府对开发区改革创新发展工作督查情况。省编办对开发区机构编制改革提出了要求。省人社厅对开发区实行“三化三制”改革提出了意见。山西转型综改示范区管委会介绍了示范区“三化三制”改革实施情况。各市汇报了本市开发区“三化三制”改革工作推进情况。 下午召开培训会，省编办就开发区管理体制改革工作，省人社厅就“三化三制”改革工作进行了培训。清华控股就助力我省开发区建设、招商、运营等实行专业化、市场化、国际化管理进行了辅导和推介。中创碳投就助力我省开发区绿色、低碳、循环化发展进行了辅导和推介。省商务厅就开发区扩区和设立可行性研究报告编制及扩区和设立后的后续工作进行辅导。
