永吉县公安局积极应对新一轮强降雨天气全力开展防汛应急工作

8月2日深夜开始，永吉县境内再次出现持续强降雨天气。为预防和减少由暴雨引发的自然灾害和次生事故，确保人民群众的生命财产安全，永吉县公安局全警动员，全面开展防汛应急工作，全力应对新一轮强降雨天气。 8月2日上午，永吉县公安局组织召开专题会议，就此次强降雨期间各项防汛工作进行专题安排部署，确保工作措施落实到位、责任落实到人。同时，启动应急预案，落实防汛工作任务，及时掌握最新天气变化，提前做好各项应急准备工作。 为确保群众生命财产安全，永吉县公安局组织局机关直属部门和基层派出所民警排查各类安全隐患，对城区内桥梁、涵洞、河道等易积水、易漫灌的低洼地段进行不间断巡视，疏散围观群众、设置警戒带，对已经存在的安全隐患及时采取防控措施。永吉县公安局交管大队针对路面积水情况随时实施交通管制，在易积水路段放置交通安全警示标志并安排专人值守，加强道路交通安全提示。由于预防措施得当，目前尚未出现车辆、行人遇险情况。永吉县公安局巡逻大队、各派出所加强巡逻密度，及时疏散围观和被积水围困群众400余人，同时，利用闪烁警灯和扩音器喊话等方式，提醒群众注意路面情况，确保出行安全。 据了解，为应对本轮强降雨天气，永吉县公安局严格落实领导带班和24小时值班备勤制度，并要求民警保持通讯畅通，进入待命状态。此外，该局要求相关部门备齐救援车辆和救生装备，充分做好防汛、抗汛、抢险救灾等应急准备，保证第一时间作出应急响应。同时加强信息报送，明确专人负责掌握天气、险情、事故的最新情况及时向上级部门汇报相关信息。
