山东今年要完成1340万亩农机深松整地作业任务

齐鲁网 临沂8月3日讯（记者高杰，刘国栋）记者从山东省农机局日前在临沂费县召开的全省农机深松整地作业现场会上了解到，今年山东农机深松整地作业任务为1340万亩的（含青岛140万亩），省局和省财政厅根据筹集资金的情况，也下达了543万亩的深松作业补助试点任务。 省农机局要求各地要继续强化措施，抓好关键时节，就是秋季，抓好关键项目，就是小麦播前深松，抓好关键区域，就是粮食高产创建示范方和区域化种植、规模化经营程度比较高的区域集中连片实施，行政推动要到位，机具装备要到位，技术服务要到位，多措并举来抓好上述两个任务的落实。除了用好省里安排的1.9亿元补助资金以外，还要注重整合粮食高产创建平台建设、农作物秸秆综合利用试点、农业全程社会化服务试点、高标准农田建设项目和地方财政安排的一些项目资金，来推进深松作业任务的全面落实。 要合理确定作业主体，科学选择作业模式。各地在实际工作中，要在县农机深松整地领导小组的领导下，通过一定的形式在确定范围内公开发布招标的内容、招标的条件、招标的程序，组织建设规模大、作业能力强、社会信誉高的农机合作社等农业生产经营组织进行投标，由农机部门组织专家按照公平公正原则对投标者进行评审，择优确定深松作业主体。同时，主推单一深松作业模式，因地制宜的推行深松加联合整地或深松加分层施肥免耕播种复式作业。最终采用哪种模式，由农民自主选择，不搞行政命令，使深松作业更符合当地实际，更得到农民的认可。
