正义网赤峰8月3日电(记者沈静芳通讯员赵锦芝)讲“哥们儿义气”的侯某某将菜刀递给酒后闹事的张某某,最终引发血案。8月2日,内蒙古赤峰市宁城县检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪对两人批准逮捕。 2017年6月28日21时许,犯罪嫌疑人张某某、侯某某在宁城县天义镇某饭店就餐,酒后二人在饭店门前欲乘坐出租车离开,恰逢在隔壁小海螺饭店就餐的孙某某、肖某某等四人也拦截此出租车,双方为此发生争执厮打起来。 侯某某随即在就餐的饭店厨房内拿出两把菜刀,递给张某某一把,张某某使用菜刀将肖某某和小海螺饭店老板高某某砍伤,随后张某某尾随孙某某进入小海螺饭店屋内,用菜刀砍向孙某某头部和颈部,致孙某某死亡,侯某某手持菜刀在追赶肖某某等人时被他人制止。 据悉,犯罪嫌疑人张某某具有酒后闹事的恶习,侯某某作为张某某30多年的朋友,明知张某某有此恶习的情况下,仍然为张某某提供菜刀,最终发生血案。
